Note:

When consultation exceeds a 10 mile radius of consultant's home base, hourly rate will be adjusted by $3 per hour, per 10 mile radius to cover mileage expenses.
(i.e.  11-20 miles, $30/hr. will be quoted at $33/hr.
        21-30 miles, $30/hr. will be quoted at $36/hr.
        31-40 miles, $30/hr. will be quoted at $39/hr.)

*Payment is received at the end of each session.

A 2 hour minimum is required when scheduling work sessions within a 30 minute travel area of consultant's home base.  A 3 hour minimum is required outside a 30 minute travel area.  For coaching, a 1 hour minimum is required and payment is due prior to scheduled date of appointment.
